The Exterior

The villa has a heated infinity pool that overlooks one of the most evocative panoramas of Lake Trasimeno complete with lounge Chairs and Chaises. Guests will enjoy cocktails by the pool and dine al fresco in the evening. The grounds of the villa is spread over various levels and consists of different areas where guests can find their own recreation and relaxation space. A panoramic terrace with a large outdoor dining table allows guests to enjoy gourmet meals and the pleasant comfort of Italy in September. A tennis court with synthetic grass, bocce court, and a spectacular terrace with lounging and sofa area, perfect to enjoy pre and after dinner cocktails.

The Interior

The villa is made up of 3 main buildings which houses ultra luxurious Rooms and Suites, cigar room, fully equipped gymnasium and lounging spaces where guests can indulge in total relaxation. The interior is furnished in an eclectic style with modern details and the use of natural materials and recurring elements make the interior atmosphere warm and welcoming. 

Guests will relax in lounges and living areas featuring characteristic terracotta flooring, vaulted ceilings with traditional oak beams and generous spaces with French doors leading to outdoor panoramic terraces and patios.
